We accept order cancellation within 12 hours of order confirmation by email. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
PICK-UP POINT & P.O. BOX
The courier we use has NO return route to our warehouse. Even if the tracking said “Return to Sender”, your parcel will only be locally disposed or return to airport distribution center for dispose.
For parcels being reverted to collection points / pick up points due to no addresses present at shipping address and “returned to sender” or “failed delivery” if no one go to collect them for too long, we CANNOT refund or resend your order for free. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help. Please kindly go to collect your parcel at soonest convenience.
While we understand some customers may prefer to use P.O. Box, we highly recommend not to as there were cases of P.O. Box too small for the parcels. And it takes longer time to deliver to P.O. Box as our express courier do not accept P.O. Box and we have to employ alternative courier.
We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your ordered items prepared to ship within 3 business days.
In most of the case, parcels will be delivered form our warehouse with available inventory and the closest to you (Mostly from Hong Kong for faster process) via ePacket with a tracking number. If after 60 days, you still haven't received your order, please contact us and we will give you refund without questions.

Orders will be processed within 3 days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Please note that if you use a P.O. Box as delivery address, please
1. ensure your P.O. Box can accept the parcel size. We will not refund or reship any failed delivery to P.O. box due to delivery reject.
2. be prepared for a possible longer shipping time. For P.O. box address we cannot use our express courier but postal ePackets.
Depending on inventory, your order may be delivered from our warehouse or from our distributor warehouse directly.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

TAXES & DUTIES
Important: For EU countries starting from 1 July 2021, the value added tax (VAT) exemption for the importation of goods not exceeding EUR 22 has been removed. Sellers are required to collect VAT when selling goods destined for a buyer in an EU Member State. This means you will be paying NIIMBOTLABEL VAT and NIIMBOTLABEL will be paying VAT to custom when parcel arrived destination countries in EU. All our products shipped to EU Member States will be IOSS ready and you DO NOT have to pay VAT again when collecting your parcels as you have paid VAT at check out.
For buyer from Non-EU Member Countries, Import taxes, Import VAT, duties, customs fees, and other handling fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Materiol. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
All transactions are in USD. If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.
